I ordered two items from Little Learners Toys. One arrived damage, likely via shipping, while the other was missing parts of the toy entirely. I emailed on the day of delivery as well as called and left a voicemail. Three days later, my email was returned undeliverable due to "repeated bounces." I called and emailed again on March 3. Again, email went undelivered and voicemail was not returned. I opened a fraud dispute on on March 5. The bank waits at least 15 days until after my first attempted contact to open a formal dispute case. Bank opened the dispute on March 18. Little Learners Toys emailed me within 24 hours of the dispute case being opened. I explained the problems with the products and they replied with "Unfortunately I won't be able to accept your return request as it has been submitted after our 14 days from receipt returns allowed window." I replied to them by noting I called and emailed them on the day of delivery as well as 3 days after that. They replied by saying, again, "We understand your frustration and are sorry for the experience you’ve had. However, after reviewing the order timeline, it is now past our return window, and unfortunately we are unable to accept or approve a return in this case."

It's clear this company is meant solely to scam customers. No one should every consider purchasing from them.

It’s hard to write a good review when you haven’t received the product purchased. However, the website seemed easy to use and the purchase was easy. I now hope that the product is received in a timely manner and fits the picture and description given. If so, I’m sure I will return for more STEM items in the future. Thank you!

Very easy to navigate the website and order

I was looking for a camera to gift my young grandson for his birthday. I was able to find the perfect one, with a case for his age. It was simple to navigate the website and place the order. Two days later it’s already shipped. It was an easy pleasurable experience!!

It was the first time using your site & there were some issues with approving my credit card. Afterwards your briefing of the purchase was clearly stated

Was not happy with my purchase, it was not what I expected the toy does not even play English music. Do not purchase from this company I have sent many email to the email address provided but keep getting email back saying that it was undelivered. Also when I purchased they asked me to give them a review before my order was shipped. I thought this was a bit ruff but I had already payed for the toy I purchased so at that point it was an easy purchase until I received the goods. Will never be purchasing from this site again.

I ordered a pink microphone and guitar in December. I received a black guitar that doesn’t even go with the microphone. The microphone has a blinding light on it and won’t connect to any current smart phone. I’ve been trying for months to either get the pink guitar or get a refund. This appears to be a scam.

Great selection of things for a 6 year old inquisitive boy

I ordered a toy for my grandson but somehow the website booked me for two of the same, tried to contact them to say I only wanted one and got no response. I feel that I was duped into the second one. Very disappointing.

I’m anxious to receive the Tiny No Tip Motorcycle. I think my grandson will love it. I’m kept informed of the order. Will be definitely ordering other products.

My order includes an upgrade of wrapping paper and card, I was never given the opportunity to fill out the card. A little thing, but a problem for overall customer satisfaction.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish.

My order was initially marked as delivered but was missing. The company provided little support and I had to contact the courier myself, only to discover the parcel had been delivered to the wrong address.

When the item finally arrived, the product quality was extremely poor. The robot barely functioned, repeatedly saying “I am here” and failing to respond properly during interaction. The charging dock also felt unstable, which raised safety concerns.

I was asked to provide proof and send the item back. The return address provided was in Italy, despite the company listing a New York address on their website. I returned the item using tracked shipping to the exact address supplied, but the parcel was later sent back to me as undeliverable.

I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank.

The combination of poor customer support, faulty product, inconsistent business addresses, and a failed return process has been exhausting. I would not purchase from this company again. Reporting to trading standards.

I bought a 'Flying Spinner' toy from LIttle Learners. The toy is battery driven and comes with a USB cable to recharge it when the power fails. I was disappointed to find that the item was provided with a recharging cable that was completely incompatible with the toy itself ... thus it could not be recharged. I sent the toy back requesting a refund and including photos making it very clear the cable was not fit for purpose. Over two moths later .... with no refund made the same toy with the same fault was again delivered to me. Useless.

Pretty much scammers do not buy from them. Ordered $300 worth of toys in November 2025 received 1 of the 3 items ..the cheapest one..in late December and still waiting in the rest. Emails reply they couldn't refund as the toys were sent. When I replied I would be reporting there business and email came back saying thanks for reaching out your toys have been delivered. They had not then they sent me a tracking that went from China to Italy to Australia and back again ..I'm in Australia why would it be shipped in and out of Australia 3 times Don't get sucked in they take your money and ghost you if there's issues ..and there will be issues
