Hi Megan,
You placed an order on the 25th July. Your order was dispatched within 2 business days.
The Parcel Force tracking says the recipient refused the parcel and was being returned to sender. When parcels are refused they are treated like a return and once the parcel arrives back a refund is processed.
On the 1st August you then placed a second order for the same items but a different pattern which was delivered on the 5th August.
I emailed you earlier today confirming a refund would be processed for the order that was refused even though the original parcel hasn’t yet been returned and a refund was processed. You will have received an email to confirm your refund was processed. If you can’t find the email please check your junk mail.

Great products. We’ve ordered lots from here. Changing mat, great quality. Had it 18 months nearly and not faded or stained. The fitted sheets are so incredibly soft.
The baby grows are our absolute favourite. Unbelievably soft. Love that they have the option to be able to be footless. Speedy delivery and great customer service. Highly recommend
