I visited Tech Giant with my elderly monther, who needed a new phone, and my sister, whose phone had a virus. The two gentlemen working there stayed until 7 pm to transfer all the data from my mother's old phone and to fix the virus issue on my sister's phone - which they resloved free of charge. They could easily have gone home at their 6 pm closing time, but they chose to stay and complete the work. Excellent service. Polite, patient, and extermely helpful. I will denfinitely return. I bought an iPhone 7 (pristine condition) in September 2020, initially I was happy with it, the battery went down from 100% to 94% and advised it requires a service within 3 weeks and the NFC never worked. I thought nothing of it, I bought a refurbished phone. After about 6 months the phone dropped incoming and outgoing calls. So I sent the phone back asking if they could fix this issue and also if they wouldn’t mind replacing the battery. They called me saying the phone had been opened, suggesting that either I had done it or taken it to a shop, neither was the case. I pointed out I bought a refurbished phone from them & maybe they had worked on it before sending it out. They said this wouldn’t happen. I explained it’s difficult to get to a phone shop as I’m in an extremely rural area, we’re in lockdown (so stay at home) and I am also not capable of opening a phone. This was a problem for them, they kept calling me saying it had been opened and I should pay half the repair (still within 12 month warranty). I had to reiterate that there is no way I could have taken the phone anywhere and I can’t fix it myself and then gave the argument that I should actually be the one complaining, they sold me a dud/opened phone. I asked if they check their stock when ordered in store and got the response “erm, no, we buy in bulk from wholesalers”. Got the phone back, I’m now able to call out and receive calls, but the battery hasn’t been changed.
They are an extremely unprofessional business with a very bad attitude. It’s a real shame, I gave them 5 stars before and hoped it could have stayed that way.

Unfortunately I ordered and iPhone 7 and it didn’t work. After many phone calls and chasing up the link for a replacement, two weeks later I was sent an i phone 8 which has issues as well.

Unsatisfactory product and poor service

I paid £215 for a supposedly pristine condition Iphone8 which fails to charge
(have tried 3 different chargers). I have received no response from the company despite trying to contact them for over a week via phone, WhatsApp message and email. Buyers beware!

After making an order, used the WhatsApp number provided on the website "for instant replies" and still comes up as unread about a week on, tried to phone them but didn't get an answer, sent an email cancelling the order but didn't get an acknowledgement. Just had no human input at all. Website looked great, and the phone was a good deal on paper, but the 12 month warranty offered was a big part of the deal because it was refurbished, and if I can't get in touch, it does not do much for my confidence in them should I have to return their phone and make use of that warranty.

I was very disappointed with the phone I bought (Samsung J3 (6). It came in a sealed box with all accessories included. It looked perfect. However, once charged, I turned the phone on only to discover it contained data from a previous user including text messages all in French. (you can imagine how surprised I was with this. There were still downloaded apps on the phone. The last user used 'Orange' as their server provider. There was also a picture of a young person among the text messages. Although, thank goodness, nothing appeared untoward. I had ripped up and had thrown the box out before I discovered this. The phone was cheaper than what others were asking, and I could not honestly be bothered with the hassle of sending it back, so I decided to delete all data myself and I have reset the phone back to its factory settings.
I have yet to set the phone with my own personal details, so I am hoping this can be done with ease. So in reality, I was buying a second hand phone although it stated brand new on the web page. :(

Good service. The phone chosen was not available any more but It was replaced by an alternative model without extra charge.

Very good service. Prompt, efficient customer service. But did not tell me until I contacted them that part of my order, which did not arrive was out of stock, but was on the invoice.

Crap would never of used them if I knew I would be waiting this long

Ordered a phone which didn't arrive. I contacted the company who then contacted royal mail and resent a new phone which eventually arrived. Took a few attempts to contact the company but got there in the end.

Your advert says 2 working days delivery but was received within five working days . Otherwise good value for money.

Best price around. Quick, hassle-free delivery. Product delivered as specified, and in perfect condition.

Would recommend.

I order a phone and I asked them to change the shipping address because I will not be in the house and they still send to old address with not !! I try to call no answer !!!
