Bought this stroller to use when minding my baby grandson. Good experience all round. I liked the website. Delivery was as per schedule. The stroller is an excellent product - stylish, sturdy, and it has lots of great accessories. It really can be put up or down with one hand!

I still haven’t received my order so I…
I still haven’t received my order so I have had to go and buy another stroller as I can’t wait any longer. I now have to drive miles away to return the stroller (when it does eventually arrive) and I have to pay to return it. Really disappointed. Customer service were rude and unhelpful.

Loose wheels
Received my order quickly! Was really happy! After a week I noticed the back wheel started to wobble which I was concerned about after only using it a few times got in touch with customer support and Abi couldn’t have helped anymore she was friendly and got it sorted ASAP and new wheels sent out. Over all lovely pushchair 🩷

Good value for money
Speedy delivery. Seems good value. Purchased for grandparents use. Easy to assemble. Easy to collapse. Seems quite sturdy, haven't used as yet. Is bigger, and seems heavier, than hoped. Handle doesn't adjust. Not many inexpensive parent facing strollers available, is a shame that it isn't a bit more lightweight and of a slightly smaller profile. More of a pushchair than a stroller.

Don’t buy it !!
I’d like to add I’m now in a battle with customer services trying to get my product returned.
Apparently it’s acceptable for this product to be falling apart after 6 months due to natural wear and tear.
They won’t pay for the postage and packaging.
And would like me to trust that based on there attitudes to this issue that in another 3 months it won’t be falling apart again. I do not trust it and I’m so very disappointed with all of it.
Don’t buy this product your child will end up on the floor !

Not one for going out my way for reviews.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced! After placing my order I was sent someone else’s DPD tracking information rather than my own. Upon informing the company they were very prompt and thanked me for this, they said there had been up mix up with tracking info and they would be in touch asap once it has been rectified.
After hearing nothing despite sending 2x emails and a message on their ‘online chat’, my delivery did turn up by DPD the next day. Massive GDPR breach as I received another customers’s DPD information including their name, address and a photo of it being delivered in their house! God knows who has my information, I wouldn’t know as the company are **** at returning messages :)
Update - love how this company are using the ‘spam folder’ get out. Think I would have noticed this, Hilarious!

I brought a pushchair in August 2024 and it’s so unsafe for my child! The handle bars have come loose the seat stickers are not sticky anymore and the hood as come away from the pushchair to think that people are buying this for their young ones scares me! They didn’t wanna offer me a refund as it’s still under warranty they wanted to fix it for the same problem to happen again it’s just an unsafe pushchair they have now offered me a refund but now ignored me for 3 days worse company and worst customer service ever!

Delivery was very fast and the 365 stroller was better than the pictures. It's very easy to put up and down with one hand and I can't believe how sturdy it feels but how light it weighs. Terrible communication
Terrible communication, I wouldn't recommend. I bought a stroller and immediately after ordering sent an email to make some changes, I contacted the live chat team and also called the provided number many times. They only replied to my email after the order was shipped to avoid making the changes I requested. No one answers the phone number, the live chat agent told me to wait for the email team despite me emphasising that I want to make changes before the order was shipped. Eventually they got back to me after shipping saying they can't do anything about it now.
