The exercises are all well constracted. Very relaxing.
My only question is if fascia is supposed to be blocking the lymph flow, how come that we had only exercises for the lymphatic system the first 4 lessons if I remember well?

The videos showing the exercises need more verbal cues. I was trying to follow what the lady was doing while being upside down. It would be more practical if the verbal cues were consistent.
