Really poor service. I ordered a manhole cover with next day delivery. Phoned up two days later and the person hadn't processed the order and suggested it take 2 - 3 days to deliver. He agreed the website delivery terms were wrong.

Very pleasant experience with Michael. He was very patient with me going back and forth with my order as I was trying to figure out which tiles would be appropriate for our project. I must point out that most of my communication was out of hours but Michael was great nonetheless and handled all my queries with patience. The company is not just interested in making a sale but will give good guidance as to which products suit best. Good old fashioned customer service.

Great service, advice and pricing, nothing was too much trouble , really gave me that supported feeling with my diy project, not just trying to sell you something. Chose tiger turf, grano dust coupled with vert edge system, no complaints
