I’ve had a very positive experience with The Kingdom Bank. The team is always ready to help, and as long as your documents are in order, you won’t encounter any issues. It’s also great to see that the bank keeps growing and actively works on introducing new services.
One of the most useful features for me is the crypto functionality, which makes managing digital assets much easier. On top of that, the fact that the bank provides a VISA card is a huge advantage — especially because when paying in USD, there is no conversion at all if you have USDT on your account.
I would also like to express my special gratitude to my personal manager, Kerem D., for his support and professionalism.
Overall, I’m very satisfied and look forward to seeing how the bank continues to innovate and expand its services.

I opened an account and requested IBAN numbers to transfer funds. The customer service support was initially helpful and quick to respond. However documents which I provided did not appear to satisfy their compliance department and no such numbers were provided. I followed up with three further emails to resolve this but the support person ignored them all and sent no replies. Not surprisingly I closed the account. Advice? - AVOID.
The response today from Kingdom Bank is typical of their 'boilerplate' response, claiming "a coordinated campaign involving repeated, false claims that do not reflect genuine customer experiences."
Be assured that my review was not part of any imaginary 'coordinated campaign' and was an entirely factual and genuine customer experience.
