Poor helpdesk

It took last year long to open an account and getting the debitcard took months.
Begin 2026 they mailed all members get a new card for 2026.
I mailed them over and over but nobody replyed my mails.
Also i cant send the money that on my account to an other account.
Very weird a bank should give good service because they have the the money from their clients.
For those who want to open an account he, thinks twice i wouldnt advice to do it.
The mail adres they post here from teamthekingdombank.com you can mail, but getting an reply seems like winning a lottery

After numerous emails, messages and no communication

After numerous emails, messages, sending documents, after 6 weeks trying to open a corporate account it was short, unable to assist with the opening.

Worst experience and no explination at all. I still have to receive an email response from the bank to let me know why and if I did not try to contact them there was no communication.

Worst banking experience ever.

The customer service is non-existent

The customer service is non-existent. I’ve sent several emails and tried calling, but nobody ever gets back to me with a real answer. It feels like you're talking to a brick wall. Very unprofessional for a financial institution. Save yourself the headache and find a reliable bank.

12 month business account update

12 month business account update - Smooth Business banking experience - The physical (and virtual) cards have been a great addition - the 'spend from any account' feature is the best I have seen - easily select any currency that you wish to spend on the card and the system does the rest - whether it be crypto or fiat - Tether Gold has been a great update for the portfolio. Service is always on point! My Bank Manager Ksenia and the team are always at hand to help in anyway they can. Always releasing new features and products to make life easier - Overall very happy to be a customer.

Absolute nightmare

Absolute nightmare. My account was suddenly blocked with a significant balance inside and no explanation given. I’ve reached out multiple times but keep getting the same generic 'under review' response. It’s been weeks and I still can't access my own money. Stay away if you value your funds.

No support yet

I have written three times in the last month to The Kingdom Bank. I sent them three pages of information concerning problems with B Invest - now Expert B. Like like Mr Pearce I am trying to get money back from Expert B - nearly £12000 which the bank paid to them last February. I will write a further review when they - the bank- have responded

Dont fall for the fake reviews

I am waiting since more then a month for my money to leave the account. I am not blocked, fully verified, its my own money and its not in any way justified what they do, nor is it reasonable to keep a transfer in "scheduled" state for 5 weeks. This is fraud, this is not even exagurated and I am not the only one. Beware of this modern day financial institutional fraud scheme if you dont want to loose your money.

Finding a Bank that still have a real customer service

Finding a Bank that still have a 'real' customer support in 2026 is hard to find!
The team here have been great and so very helpful for all the little things that need to be completed and I could not have got through it all without the help of Violeta...from the first emails to the zoom call and Whatsapp....highly recommend them.

Same as some of the others here. Money on account and cannot use it, some restriction on the account although no email saying why. Online support tells you to wait for sales rep. Rep never ever answers the emails. 7 emails in 3 days and no reply. Feel like the money has gone and it's all a scam. Avoid like the plague

Just read your reply. Automated response. If you had read our review you would see we have indeed been emailing the address you post endlessly and no reply.

Bank that values clients

Transparency and top assistance. From my experience, TKB have fulfilled the needs I have as a client. After years of being a customer I can with confidence say my experience has been great. Total scam

Total scam. They charge a 'setup fee' of several hundred Euros just to look at your application. Once they have your money, the 'onboarding' process becomes a graveyard. I’ve been waiting two months for a simple corporate account activation. Every time I follow up, they ask for the same documents I already uploaded. It’s clear their business model isn't banking—it’s collecting non-refundable application fees from desperate business owners and then stalling indefinitely. Don't throw your money away.

⁠Total bait and switch. They charge a high 'onboarding fee' upfront, but the moment you pay, all communication stops. I’ve been waiting a month for account activation. They aren’t a bank; they’re a collection agency for non-refundable fees.

Absolutely disgraceful

Absolutely disgraceful. I onboarded three weeks ago, paid their 'service fee' to get the account live, and deposited a significant sum for my business operations. Within 48 hours, my account was 'under review' with zero explanation. I’ve reached out via their 'live chat' and email multiple times—nothing but automated bot responses or being told to 'wait for the compliance team.' It has been 20 days. No access to my funds, no human to talk to. They are holding my business capital hostage. If you value your liquidity, stay far away from this place.
