We have received excellent service from The Jewellery Warehouse. The customs procedures and import costs to the EU took us all by surprise. The items which were meant as a present therefore came late and at a much higher cost than expected. When they arrived however, they were excellent quality and The Jewellery Warehouse voluntarily refunded the extra costs. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service from start to finish!
I purchased a beautiful vintage bracelet for my mum for her birthday and I was seriously impressed with the quality of the jewellery and the service I received. I got in touch before buying to ask about what sort of packaging the item would come with and got an immediate response. I needn't have worried, the bracelet came really beautifully presented and my mum was simply delighted with it!! Will absolutely be purchasing from the Jewellery Warehouse again!
