Morpeth Branch. Excellent customer service
I have recently bought an eternity ring and a man's wedding ring from The Jewellers Guild, Morpeth. I cannot rate this Jewellers highly enough. Living in Morpeth, I decided to see what was available locally but thought I may have to go in to Newcastle to find what I was looking for. Arron could not have been more helpful. The ring he showed me was stunningly beautiful and exactly what I had described, if over budget. Arron's knowledge of his subject was very evident, the information he gave me on diamond colour, clarity, etc was helpful. He has a lovely sales manner. The spend was not a small amount but at no time did I feel under pressure to buy. He gave me the information and let me decide. Arron held onto the ring for me until I could discuss the excess at home, advising me not to worry, there was no rush. I bought the ring. He took care ensuring the sizing of both rings was correct - giving me ring sizers to take home and return. Kriselda was equally impressive. I had gone in the shop earlier when she was involved with another customer, waited a while then left to return later when she was free. When I did so she remembered that I had been in and apologised for my wait. A small matter perhaps, but indicative of a high standard of customer care. I'm pleased that I was able to buy locally and with confidence. Arron and Kriselda deserved the sale. They do The Jewellers Guild proud.
