Excellent service and quality. I ordered 4 personalised luggage straps and they arrived quickly and are of excellent quality. I unfortunately lost the card how to set the code, so emailed the company and had a reply immediately of how to set them.
I ordered a travel pillow with a selection of photos on it as a gift for my dad for his birthday, it will be perfect for long car journeys and plane rides as soon as we can get abroad again. He was very pleased with the gift and it arrived on time, and all my queries were answered promptly by the customer service team, I couldnt be happier.
Terrible service.
They could only provide some of my order so I requested a partial refund. This they did LESS the VAT I had paid on the items! They got away with it by listing the VAT separately on the invoice which meant PayPal couldn't help with a dispute as it "appeared" they had refunded correctly! I don't know how businesses get away with this and only hope that the Inland Revenue catch up with them.
