Customer service not helpful in any way
Ordered 4 items in a bundle and emailed to ask if I could return 2 (ear cuffs that are too small) which should be possible since they also sell the items separately. I had to email back and forth with customer service 3 times because all they were able to reply was “oooh that’s too bad, we are SO sorry but we can’t do that but you’re welcome to suggest a solution” which was absolutely ridiculous. Isn’t coming up with a solution their job? Price wise the items in the bundle were cheaper so I suggested they change the price to the original prices of the seperate items and only refund the leftover amount (because my goal was not to get the items for cheaper but to return items that don’t fit). They promised to get back to me but never did, and also did not reply to my reminder email. Customer service is a joke, the emails were long and full of paragraphs about how sorry they are, complete with bold lettering and emojis, without actually applying any problem solving skills. It’s like I was emailing with a teenager.
