Really are a proactive and experienced company. We were struggling to find somebody to take on our payroll after the departure of a long term member of staff. The Invisible Assistant quickly understood our requirements and processed our payroll seamlessly. Subsequently, they have also taken on our bookkeeping which was just as straightforward. Their team of professionals are friendly and real experts in their field.

I've used The Invisible Assistant (TIA) for book-keeping, payroll and pensions admin for about 5 years, and for two quite different companies. One company employs 32 staff and the other employs just three! The service TIA provides is excellent, and perfectly tailored for both sizes of organisation. My main contact is Gemma, who is always highly-efficient and professional, and very good at spotting any mistakes I make! As well us saving me loads of time and hassle, I find it very reassuring that TIA are there for me, if I need a little help or advice about an admin issue. TIA were introduced to us by our accountant, which is a great recommendation in itself.
