Wish I would have checked the reviews on this company before ordering. SCAMMMMMM... There is no indication when you order from this company that you will be receiving a shipment from China with a name and address totally unrelated to the seller. Once I saw this I was suspicious and on high alert. After 2+ weeks waiting to get delivery, it shows up in my mailbox with the shipping sticker listing my address and naming the item inside as a "Vibrator'... Open it up and it's a cheaply made flimsy plastic piece of junk. From the low-grade packaging to the cheap plastic and spelling and grammar errors throughout the "users manual" ( that does not list the name of the product or company, address), All of my suspicions were confirmed the minute I plugged it in and discovered it DOES EVEN power up - no lights light up, no nothing. No power going to it through the plug adaptor. Based on the weight of the item and lack of quality, it is hard to believe there is any true infrared technology inside of this flimsy unit.

No invoice, no return shipping info or info with the packaging naturally, so I tried to contact customer service to send the item back from my GUARANTEED refund. The result - TOTAL SCAM!!! Seeking help from my credit card company to get a refund and go after this terrible sham of a company. Looked up the trademark for "UltraCavitat" and it is registered by a company "Mochi Gaming, LLC LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY TEXAS 1849 Marshall St, Apt 27 Houston TEXAS 77098" - hardly the kind of company that is selling authentic, reliable medical products.

Report them to your States attorney general's consumer protection division.

Scam, scam, scam....product does not work and they no longer reply to my email requesting a refund. DO NOT ORDER!!!

I did not receive my order. Was patient enough to wait for 6 weeks when they promised only 2-4 weeks delivery. Tracking information failed to provide updates and they kept on giving excuses (e.g. product went viral so lots of orders in queue, product held at customs for inspection). When I asked for a refund, I did not receive any reply. Made a follow-up but no reply as well.

the inventive item company is HORRIBLE. Total SCAM! After I finally received my product 2 weeks later, decided I did not want it. Tried to return it, I would have had to pay $200 to have it shipped FedEx or UPS as instructed by the supposedly customer service. I decided to keep it and give it a try since I was stuck with it... THE MACHINE DOES NOT WORK!!! Do NOT purchase from them!

They do not honor the 30 day money back GUARANTEE. Total scam. Device does not work.

Charged me more than stated. No one will answer my emails on either messenger or regular email. They says they are open 365/7/24. They provided a FAKE shipping tracking number! Can’t get a real one! I’ve sent them 12+ emails with 0 reply! I lost $100 to this scammer company! POS!

They refused to refund my money even though website and page with the item on it specifically says 100% money back guarantee. Item did not work as described. They are in China so they don't care. I emailed them many times. I have just opened a dispute with PayPal to try and get my money back. They just flat out lied about it. Shame on them.
