I tried to evaluate The Ink Publishers as a potential partner for my book, but the experience raised too many concerns. The phone number listed on their website is out of service, the live chat doesn’t function, and they display TrustPilot and Google review badges despite having zero actual reviews.

If a publishing company can’t maintain basic communication channels or accurate information on their own website, it’s hard to trust them with something as important as a book. At this point, I wouldn’t feel comfortable moving forward with them.
