my english isn't the best, yet they always have been helpfull. Never corrected me if i said something wrong. Asked them if they would launch a new product and they would ask the product line (really would like a shampoo for itchy headscalp).

I accidentally closed the page and couldn’t reach back to the chat. The advisor reached me via email and provide me with a great answer and product suggestion, very satisfied by the chat and the advisors helpful thoughts.

I like the products and will use them. However, when the customer decides to cancel an order last minute, there should be a button that says CANCEL ORDER rather than messaging the support. Thats why I gave 4 stars for the review.

When I received my package one of the products had leaked in transit and ruined some of the packaging. I contacted the company and the customer service was outstanding. They re-sent the entire order for me. I'm also really enjoying the products I purchased, especially the Succinic Acid Acne Treatment.

I placed an order 8 days ago (6 working days) and the product was due for delivery within 3-5 working days. On day 5 when there was no delivery I tried to make contact via the online contact form. 24 hours later I had no response. There was no phone number anywhere so I tried a direct email. This time I got a response but the product hadn't yet been despatched. This was my response: 'Sorry for the delay our system has an issue reading addresses, this is being worked on and your order will be shipped shortly' As I had no idea of what 'shortly' meant and as it hadn't yet been despatched I politely asked for a full refund. At this point I had run out of my product and needed to purchase it elsewhere urgently. This was the response: 'Sorry we are unable to cancel or amend your order as its being processed, your order will be shipped at the end of the day, tomorrow at the latest.'. Surprise, surprise it wasn't despatched that day or the day after. It is now 3 days later and after complaining again they have now given me a Royal Mail tracking number, however this is not yet active which means it is STILL yet to actually be despatched. 8 days after ordering. The system is a disgrace. I will never buy from the direct again. I wish I could get my money back and I'd buy an alternative on the hight street today. I am now away for 4 days so even if it arrives, I will be without. Shocking service. Never again.
