Avoid purchasing expensive items

Usually love ordering with the Iconic as their delivery and returns are super quick.
Warning: if you return something over $500 be prepared to wait weeks for your refund. I returned something over 4 weeks ago and still waiting. Their CS just said high value items go through a longer process. This really should be advised before you order.
Would definitely make me reconsider ordering with them again which is a shame as they typically are my go to.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could. I changed credit cards in-between ordering something and wanting to return it. They refused to change the refund to my new card and I eventually had to accept a store credit. Then, attempting to use the credit I ordered some items, rather than just discounting the order overall they have applied the credit a bit to each item, now that I want to return some of the items I won't get the money back and will be left with store credit again! Ridiculous! Will never buy form here again.

Decided to buy something from online…

Decided to buy something from online portal after long time.
But ended up getting used boots, looked like worn few times, polished , stained , and poor quality.

Not buying again, its nothing more than temu.
Waste of time and dont have anything to wear on relatives wedding day.

Don’t buy at the iconic

Don’t buy at the iconic, they are really irresponsible. They deliver very fast. However, the item I received is totally different to the item I ordered. I told them, and they processed the exchange, I have to send the item back, after that for 2-3 days, they checked and then sent me the exchange item, after 2 weeks from the first day I ordered, I received the delivery for the exchange item. And surprisingly and very ridiculously, still the wrong item. How can you shop in a store that keeps sending you wrong item time by time. So I returned the product and buy it at another store. No more the Iconic after 10 years shopping with them. Thanks

Amazing experience, totally recommend

I had really good experience renting a dress which was beautiful btw. I think it’s a very good idea in this capitalist society we live in, where everything is about buying. The dresses are exactly like in the photos/videos, high-quality, and the collaboration with the brand was extremely easy, without any issues.
I highly recommend renting from iconic.edit, you won’t be disappointed.

Still awaiting my refund

I am still awaiting my refund of almost $500! It’s been almost a month since they received the item back and I’ve received no update other than advising the returns department will get back to me (which they still have not, despite my regular follow ups). Very disappointing!! I will no longer be shopping with them!

Lost Return and No Refund

I returned two items in the same bag — one was refunded promptly, but the other is apparently “still in transit.” After contacting customer service, I was told it was actually received over a week ago, yet there’s still no sign of my refund. Absolutely appalling service — slow, disorganised, and with no accountability. I can only presume they’ve lost my return.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever ! Paid for express delivery but took 11 days to get to me? The top I got has absolutely no shape ! Don’t shop here the Iconic was always my go to place to buy from but the last 2 years like everyone has said they have gone down hill big time!

ANOTHER SHONKY OPERATOR

I purchased a knitted jumper from iconic for $120 reduced down from $160. It was washed once on its own on a very gentle cycle with wool wash. It came out looking like this. Completely ruined

I contact iconic and after two weeks 3 calls and numerous emails they offered me 10% $12... what a joke. They're becoming like any other shonky operator out there.

Sent me the wrong shoes TWICE in a row

Sent me the wrong shoes TWICE in a row, by that time the shoes I had ordered were out of stock. Why on earth would you not check to make sure you shoes are correct if you’ve already sent the wrong ones. So frustrating and I won’t be shopping there again.

I'm still waiting for my refund a week…

I'm still waiting for my refund a week after they confirmed receipt of the returned item. It's unacceptable that it takes more than one week to process a refund. I have followed up a few times and each time its the same answer, that the refund is in progress and could take another week. I will not be returning to this site again.

BUT BECAUSE I PAID THROUGH AFTERPAY MY REFUND IS DEDUCTED THROUGH AFTERPAY FIRST BEFORE I RECEIVE MINE. SO I PAID $75.70 AND ONLY RECEIVE $44 BACK. MINUSING THE AFTERPAY AND THE DELIVERY FEE TO A DELIVERY/ PARCEL I NEVER RECEIVED AGAIN BTW!!!! . PAID $75 AND ONLY RECEIVED $44 BACK. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Very happy with my products

Very happy with my products, also shipping was super quick. I made multiple orders with over 20 items and all arrived before expected and all in amazing condition, each in their own little bag. Would highly recommend! Also very responsive when emailed.

Never received my order even though…

Never received my order even though they told me it would be shipped by the 25th of June. I needed it the week I bought it for an event as they advertise fast shipping. I will never buy from this company again. I hope they get shut down. Absolutely disgraceful!

BUYER BEWARE - MISLEADING & DISCEPTIVE CONDUCT

Apparently you are unable to return items on The Iconic if you purchase it on sale, and use a promo code on top of it. Despite the fact this isn't mentioned anywhere on the website (on the product page, on their T&Cs page, when you're about checkout online), this is apparently their rule. Such a disappointing experience with this 'hidden' rule, feels misleading to consumers. Highly recommend you stay away from The Iconic!

My families favourite eating place

I have been in Lowestoft for over 10 years and must say the Iconic is my favourite go to place be it the lunch time menu which is fantastic value or the evening menu which is more extensive ,the ribs are great my fav and if you want to pig out the 3 steps to heaven .The staff in the daytime Sophie and Talula and chefs Garath and Lewis .And the evening staff who I have forgot there names but here goes The young blonde Swedish looking one and the slightly more mature brunette one regulars will know who I mean ,always exceptional service and are an asset to the company .I had lunch recently and on fathers day evening one of my sons Grandaughter a close friend and me the Dad had a memorable time and my other sons from Hertfordshire also say they love to visit but make them pay lol.This is a genuine review and reading other negative ones just cannot believe it .I must give it a 10 out of 10 for service and quality of the food and modern decor
