Missing items or broken items favouritism with orders
2 orders one missing something 2nd broken items good company but inconstant sometimes order something and see someone else order a day or so later yet they receive order the following day or before myself for example who got to wait a couple days, company shouldn’t pick and choose whos order goes out first because they know them or there a reoccurring customers no time for favouritism

18.04.2026 still nothing received
18.04.2026 still nothing received. Customs needed answer from Importeur, they dont react. Time flies nobody cares. Very very very bad
Edit: I even called DHL EXPRESS to got told that customs trying to contact THB with no results and yet they try to make a statement I was not available??? Thats wild. I have proof from DHL that nobody reacted to their request from THB. They needed billing informations for sure your customer dont have.
Edit: my last call with DHL EXPRESS was on 10.04.2026 08:05 AM. They told me they needed informations from SENDER. Thats not me.

REPLY 27APR: We’ve checked the tracking on this and it shows the parcel was successfully delivered on 22nd April at 13:25, so it looks like this has now been completed.
That said, we want to properly understand what happened here, as we’ve had no contact from DHL or yourself regarding any information requests before this, only your messages via Trustpilot.
You mentioned DHL were trying to contact us for billing/import details, which is something we would normally receive and respond to quickly, so there may have been a breakdown somewhere.
Could you please forward over any proof or emails from DHL showing they attempted to contact us?

This will help us identify if anything has been missed or filtered so we can plug any gaps and prevent this happening again.

For clarity, the order timeline
* Tuesday 1st April, 03:47 – Order placed
* Tuesday 1st April, 14:04 – Order dispatched the same day
* Tracking detail were sent to the email used at checkout (ending [24@gmail.com])
* Customs stage over multiple days – Parcel marked “on hold” several times, which usually means customs are trying to contact the recipient for information or payment of duties or taxes
* Friday 17th April – Customs clearance finally completed
* Monday 20th April – Delivery attempt made but was not able to be completed
We want to make this very clear, we have not received any emails or contact from you at all regarding this order. We have checked thoroughly and there is nothing on our system from the email address used at checkout.
Is the email you provided correct? We provided this email you gave us to DHL for them to contact you for any customs communication.

From the tracking, the delay occurred while the parcel was in customs, which is outside of our control and typically requires direct contact between the courier and the recipient.

Top-drawer customer service
After a mistake by the company's suppliers, I spoke to a representative by phone. They owned the problem and rectified it immediately. I was extremely impressed by how effective this company's customer service is.
I'll add that both the original shipment and the replacement item arrived in less than 24 hours after ordering — amazing.
