Heather was a great trainer, the structure of the training was really well laid out, good breaks and also a nice mix of breakouts and learning. I felt like I came away with some really good tools to utilise in my role going forward.

The whole New Manager Bootcamp training experience was excellently put together overall. James Perryman, our trainer was exceptionally knowledgeable and worked with each of the trainees very well, the facilities were great and the food and refreshments available were the icing on the cake. This two-day “Experienced Manager” bootcamp was full of valuable insights and left me feeling empowered to grow as a manager. How we lead people plays a crucial role in creating a positive, thriving environment where everyone can develop and feel valued.

I particularly appreciated James’s leadership style; he mentored, coached, and facilitated engaging discussions, which really suited the way I learn best.

The venue was conveniently located, and the food, snacks, and drinks provided were excellent.

I’d highly recommend this course to anyone looking to become a more effective manager.

High Impact Introvert course: I had a really positive experience. I learned a lot throughout and it pushed me out of my comfort zone. The environment was always supportive. The course leader Shona was kind and approachable, making everyone feel comfortable and encouraged to participate. Overall, it was a rewarding experience that helped me grow both personally and professionally.

I really enjoyed the Experienced Manager Bootcamp. Alot of excellent content, delivered in a professional and very engaging way by James. I also liked how the course was made up of different managers from different businesses. Nice to get out of my own company 'bubble'

After this company started sending me unsolicited emails, I have multiple time "unsubscribed" yet they still flood my inbox with unsolicited emailed. So I am placing this review here to indicate the type of compay you could be desling with.

Spam emails from this company to my personal email address that is not in the public domain. Never contacted them before. They are buying personal email address and sending unsolicited emails which is a breach of the data protection act, unprofessional and unethical. We never buy services from companies that send spam emails.

Looking at other reviews this appears to be a persistent pattern of spam emails. I would ask others that experience this to report them to the Information Commissioners Office.

Very good, interactive course with plenty of tools and practical tips for introverts to choose from. Great atmosphere and tasty food!

Great learning experience, Larry made the course interesting and interactive, he was/is very knowledgeable on the subject.

CDL Partitions Ltd spent a great day with Larry last week on the Management Training Bootcamp. Very interesting, with lots of scenario-based activities. Larry is very engaging, keeping the group motivated.
Our group of Senior Site Managers came out of the day with lots of new management tools to take to site.

I really enjoyed the Exception Assistant course and found it extremely beneficial. The training was clear, engaging, and relevant, with practical examples that made the content easy to relate to real situations. The trainer was knowledgeable and approachable, encouraging discussion and questions throughout. I feel much more confident in my understanding of exception handling and would highly recommend this course to others.

Heather ran a great session, she is engaging and huge supporter of the assistant world. The course broadens knowledge, as well as a great confidence boost!
