Impossible to locate a website to view products on. Therefore, it has not been possible to order anything. Despite having once featured in World of Interiors,they seem to have disappeared.

If I could review less than 1 star then I would, I have been harassed online by the owners of the company which has now changed its name to “postered” after PayPal did a charge back on my items from poor communication and after reading others reviews of the same experience. They have personally posted myself and my parter and contacted friends and family showing the town we live in and commenting on work accounts on instagram.

This is a drop shipping company in China and the products are not as described.

I wanted some Black/ white checkered Towels, and the one on House of Bloc online looked good Quality.. they got the tracking number wrong, and we’re almost reluctant to send them- I learned something valuable from this— if they aren’t bothered about feedback, they’ve sold you a pup. Never buy from them again…

Ordered a rug and what I received is clearly very different in quality from what represented on the image on their PDP/ECOM website.

Product comes directly from China in poor packaging, very poor manufacturing and cheap and below basic quality.

Definitely not worth even 20% of the value I paid.

Recommend anyone to think twice about ordering from this business.

I bought a clock I liked, nice website and I had no idea it was a drop shipping front. I read a few reviews afterwards that worried me a bit, but my clock arrived - very well packaged and exactly like the photo.

In the interest of fairness, I would be writing a bad review if they weren't who they said they were but I had a good experience and no reason not to tell you about it.

Claimed an item was 'in stock' but it turned out they are a drop shipping company so it would take 6 weeks to deliver direct from China. Ultimately I was told the item was delivered but it never arrived and now they have stopped replying to my emails and messages. I now have no product, no refund and no line of communication. Appalling.

The acrylic frame I ordered looks completely different to the photo on its product page.

Good company to deal with. Lovely, small business. Replied to e-mails within a few days, and the coffee cup was beautiful. Well packaged. My otherhalf loves it!

Loved the product and delivery was great

The delicate glass vases ordered arrived well wrapped and in perfect condition; they also matched my colour and quality expectations based on website images. Only negative would be that delivery took longer than hoped, however, I feel that my expectations could have been better managed had an estimated delivery date been provided once the order was placed/processed. The delayed updates on the tracking system didn't help in this respect.

One of the items in my order was missing and Wendy has replaced that for me straight away! Thank you

This is NOT a company I would order from again and one whose authenticity I seriously question.
Ten days after placing an order, I had not heard from them re. tracking etc. I emailed and was asked for my postal address and was told it will soon be processed. Processed? How long does it take to put 1 small item in a box and send it? Another week later, still nothing. Emailed again and was told days later that the item is out of stock and a refund was made onto my account. Was subsequently told that "these things can happen". Of course they can, if orders are ignored, not processed and not sent.

Disgraceful customer service, attitude and work ethic.

I made an order in the beginning of February. I had to pay in advance. Still! Didn't receive my order, despite the Mail contact in which they said it will be delivered in April. Still waiting for the order information. I am annoyed now and want my money back but now they are not answering my mails anymore! Can not recommend.

Products are as lovely in person as they appear on the website. The shipping was accurate and informed. Two points for improvement are related to shipping: (1) I ordered 8 of the frames, and received 8 individual emails every time there was a marginal update in the shipping status. By the end I estimate I had received between 70-90 emails for what was one purchase experience. (2) Each package arrived individually wrapped and labelled which increased the packaging waste significantly. I would have appreciated a single purchase update for reduced packaging waste.

Great efficient website with clear format and easy payment service. Great quality products too!

Item not of the quality I was expecting at all and was from AliExpress (the packaging literally had AliExpress written on it, I have nothing against AliExpress for the record. But I wasent ordering via them I was ordering through what I was a bespoke interior design shop).

For the price I was expecting top quality what arrived was basically a bath mat not the rug I was expecting.
Also had to involve PayPal to get my refund, I definitely wont be purchasing from them again.
