Beware Must be under new management as they used to be good but no more. Received a large kebab wit not enough salad or extra chilli peppers that I asked for and chips were dry. Rubbish

Disappointed
Really disappointed in hot hut. I have my phone on private as i have been working from home (nhs) hot hut refused to take my order on my phone as it was private. Thanks for having no comparison for nhs staff working in the pandemic

The Hot Hut lives up to it's name!
yes, i was expecting something spicy from a place with a name like "the hot hut", but boy was i surprised just *how* hot it was! these guys definitely know what they're doing with a chilli pepper. and not just in a way that blows your face off, still full of flavour and very enjoyable. particularly nice garlic naan too.

Best avoided
Best avoided, given a waiting time of 15mins waited 45 mins, really not worth waiting for, the very special tikka masala was the most bland over cooked I have ever experienced, think condensed tomato soup with some yoghurt added...
The chefs platter starter was so over cooked and burnt, it’s not rocket science guys.
Asian guy making up a meal on the phone most of the time, scratching his head, face and high fiving a member of staff the digging into the cheese etc, blimey basic hygiene should prevail.
I am happy to wait for good food but this place fails on so many levels, I will not use again, most of the food ended up in the bin.

Great takeway
Since the new management took it over I went there few times and I have to admit they really try to make the customer happy but because of my visit yesterday I would give them 6 stars if it would be possible. Very good food and absolutely astonishing customer service thank you
