When i placed my order stock position was misleading.
When i placed my order, the goods were listed as in stock so I requested express delivery and paid for that service. The goods did not arrive until 6 days after my order. I requested an update and it was not clear even then when the goods would arrive. They actually were not in stock at The horse vet, which was not made clear at the time of ordering. I should be refunded the express delivery charge because the goods did not arrive as stated with the next working day. Not happy!

We recognise that the stock position should have been clearer at the time you placed your order, particularly when you were paying for a next-working-day delivery service. We apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused.
Regarding the express delivery charge, we would be happy to look into the order and review this for you. Please contact our customer service team with your order details so we can investigate what happened and address the delivery charge appropriately.
