Tim is an exceptional estate agent who really goes the extra mile. We had Tim sell our house and from our first meeting he was thorough, honest, generous with his time and even carried out additional data-driven research for us as a goodwill gesture.

We had a deadline to complete on due to buying our new house through the modern method of auction, and throughout the process Tim was fantastically reliable at chasing all involved in the chain. Tim also got our house on the market very quickly, and despite personal circumstances, he continued to carry out viewings, getting us our first offer within less than a week of our house hitting the market. We were thoroughly impressed by his work ethic and dedication and cannot recommend him enough.

We had Tim as our estate agent for our first home and could not recommend the Homes Group more. He told us everything we needed to know about the house from the get go. His viewing was in detail and he was honest. He was very flexible with showing my family around prior to completion and was an efficient way of contacting the seller. I know Tim had the seller’s interest at heart throughout the selling process and was open about this so would definitely consider selling with them. I honestly could not be anymore positive about Tim or this estate agent and look forward to working with them again at some point possibly in the future.

Tim made the whole process really easy. He was helpful throughout, great at communicating what we needed to do and when.

Fantastic, efficient and quick turnaround. Communication was first class. Attentiveness was sky high which meant from first viewing to completion was a total of 1 month and 5 days. Couldn’t have asked for a better service and result. Nothing was too much trouble

I can't praise Joe and Brian enough for their help with this sale. It was far from straightforward because of various third party issues, so it was very frustrating at times. However, their calmness, professionalism and determination to see the sale through, overcoming all the obstacles, was fantastic.

Communication was superb. We were continually updated with the current status and, having had experience of much larger estate agencies before, it made for a pleasant change. We really felt that we were being looked after by people that had our best interests at heart, rather than us being one anonymous sale amongst many.
