Awful. Ordered over a week ago. No update whatsover. On socials they're posting photos of sunsets and walks on the beach, but can't send customers a quick message to update them? No excuse terrible customer service.
Like many others here, I also have paid for an item only to receive nothing and be completely ghosted
I've ordered from them before and received my order without any problem. But this time they just took the money and never shipped the item. I tried contacting them by email twice and on Instagram, no response. I'm going to dispute the transaction and ask for a refund to my bank. I won't order from this website anymore.
Still waiting after a week.. still not shipped. Auto reply say sorry we are busy over Christmas… which was 6th months ago.. I’ve rather lost faith.. looks like I’ll be claiming my money back from the credit card company
