Very good service as always , Phil is very professional and knowledgeable.

I recently had a new boiler installed and the whole process was made so easy with the heat network. From selecting which boiler from the quotes provided to me, to the installation dates being arranged quickly, to the efficiency of Phillip on the days during which my boiler was being installed. I am extremely satisfied with the service I have been provided, I will absolutely use The Heat Network for all future jobs required.

Everything from initial contact to aftercare has been faultless.
The price was more than reasonable, all queries were dealt with quickly, and we did not feel pushed into making a decision.
They were clean and tidy throughout the installation, the boiler pipes are neat and tidy. Everything was explained and I definitely recommend getting the radiator stats too!
No problems and we finally have a working boiler.
We will definitely be signing up to the service plan.

Had leak from heating system coming through lounge ceiling called Phil and he was out super quick ,sourced the leak fixed it and we were all good to go ..super service 😎

Philip and his colleague Barry arrived bang on time. They carried out our combi boiler service efficiently and to a high standard. Both engineers kept me up to date at the key stages, explaining what they were doing and why. Communication was also excellent before and after the work. Both provided valuable and relevant advice. Importantly, the overall cost was reasonable. I would definitely recommend The Heat Network and will call on them for our next boiler service.

Had a boiler fitted this week by Philip from ‘The Heat Network’ Dunfermline. What an excellent service from start to finish. Very professional service from both Philip and Mani and we were kept well informed throughout the whole process. Turned up as agreed, pricing was very good and no hidden extras. Highly recommend.

Phil and his colleagues were excellent from start to finish. Their work was timely, high quality and caused minimal disruption. They explained everything in plain English, gave solid advice without pressure and were happy to answer questions. No nonsense, no fuss, and no complaints from me. Just solid work and an easy recommendation.

Good communications after initial 'spam/trash' problems with emails caused by algorithm settings. Job started on time on 25/08/25, in accordance with the specification, and good advice given on radiator placement to improve the system performance. There was some remains of the previous heating system in the chimney breast and under floors from some 7 years ago and Philip and his colleagues removed these without extra charges, so thank you for that!The team were polite, tidied up each day, and put in extra effort to install the heating with the minimum of floorboard lifting, crawling beneath the floor to install and insulate the new pipework. Heating system operation explained in detail and then a follow up call the next day to see if we had any problems using the new system. Can't really ask for any more. Final touch was to register the new system with the boiler manufacturer on our behalf. Can recommend Philip and his team without hesitation.
