I placed an order (#48686) on April 19, 2026

As of today, I have not received my order and I have not been provided with any shipping information.

I have contacted the company multiple times by email (at least three attempts) and received no response.

The phone number listed appears to be only for appointments and does not provide support for online orders.

At this point, I cannot recommend this webshop due to lack of delivery and lack of communication.

If the issue is resolved, I will update this review.

The Health House offers top-tier supplements and, more importantly, expert guidance. The staff is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what you actually need. No upselling, just quality and transparency.

I went into the store without something in mind, the employee working had a great conversation with me to understand what I needed and wanted as a result and then gave me select items that would lead to that result. In the store the experience was great, and now after a month and a half of consistently using the products I can say I've noticed significant changes. It seems the employee was right! I'm really happy about my purchases and will definitely be returning!

I went to the shop the other day in osdor without knowing very good what could help me with my progress.
Thanks to the advices and explanings the worker gave me i finally started to see improvments.

Good shop the people who worked helped me well and also i picked up my package.

I ordered a product, but the shop later informed me it was out of stock and offered alternatives. I immediately declined and I requested a refund, but they ignored my emails. After contacting them on Instagram, they promised to check but never followed up. Despite multiple attempts, one month+ later I still haven’t received my refund or any update.

High quality products, PRICES ARE SAME AS IN INTERNET so I’m not overpaying, smart assistants, always helping me to find exactly what I need, allot of different brands of supplements, allot of choices

Ordered brand :RECODED FIT MEAL Vanila but 10 days later received their own brand product which they alway push in their store ..Been a customer of them for a long time but probably will need to switch to other supplier

literally the best and nicest supplements store in Amsterdam and the only store who sells everything from proteïn powders (vegan) to multivitamines and so much more.

I had an interview with them, they way how they welcome you, and explain to you everything, always available when you need help from them, ant the boss is always there when you have a problem,
But Sadly i had to quiet because I needed to move to another country:(
