looked great, however…

We saw this place when we went to the Fish Cottage over the road, and it looked lovely, so the next day we thought we'd book lunch there. However, that proved impossible. the website had a phone number and a link to facebook messager to book a table. The phone number was permanently engaged (off the hook), and the Facebook link said we only take bookings via the phone number. Booking wasn't possible, so we reluctantly sacked it off. Speaking of which, whoever is responsible for the IT there needs sacking too.
