A scam!

Please note: it appears that this website was formerly known as happydog.ca. Reviews are available on the trustpilot website under happydog.ca.

This website is appears to be a drop-shipping scam. All items are shipped directly from China (which, in my experience, takes 4-5 weeks) and they don't seem to hold a Canadian inventory. The item that I ordered was grossly misrepresented on the website and did not at all match the description/dimensions, not to mention that the overall quality was abysmal rendering it unusable. Customer service was non-responsive after 3 attempts to reach them by email over a period of 21 days. The only way to get my money back was to initiate a chargeback process on my credit card.

Potential customers beware.
