Scam and huge waste of time, avoid!!

Back and forth with the owner Joel Haslam for months and still haven't received my order.

My order was supposed to be shipped out in July 2025 but did not get any updates until I reached out.

He mentioned that the order was delayed and that he'd be getting it shipped asap. However, no updates until I followed up again. He then tells me that it has been shipped and provides a non-existent tracking number.

I then wait for a month for him to get back to me, he finally ships it out with an existing tracking number this time. However this time, the parcel gets stuck in Japan, and after 2 months, the parcel is returned to him.

By now it's January 2026 and still nothing. I go back and forth and it's just bunch of excuses as to why he hasn't dealt with my order and telling me that he will get to it but never does.

I have now tried requesting a refund but have not been able to get a response.

Do not order from this website, such a waste of time and it's basically a scam.

Scam

The seller's name is Joel. haslam. Starting at the end of February, he has not been responding to my email anymore. I was keep asking him to ship my metal build Gundam. It has been gone for a month already. So don't buy anything from this japan scamer shop.

Total scam

Paid for item with them last year and when it was released months later, they didn't contact me to ship out. I waited a few weeks then contacted them for shipping and when it supposedly did, was given a fake tracking number. They said they would fix it and I gave them plenty of time to do so. Then they said the building has structural problems and asked me to wait and I did. In the new year I try to contact them multiple times and no response. Felt like I was played the whole time with lies. In my experience, this is a scam. Avoid.
