The website was easy to use and you are serving a community of short females who like myself struggle immensely with finding shorter length trousers, jeans,etc

It took over 2 weeks for my order to ship AFTER I had to reach out to customer service and complain. I have friends that order it from TikTok and it ships the next day. I ordered from the official Halara website and was not happy it took as long as it did to process the order.

I placed a large order and received it on Sunday. All but two items fit great! I have been trying to figure out how to return the two items that didn't fit but have had no luck. I left a message on tiktok yeterday from Mclaughing02155

While it takes time to get the order- the clothing is worth it!

I have ordered from Halara a few times in the past and I like the styles and quality of the clothes. I love my stretchy denim skirt and work out top especially. However, this time, I needed to return one of the items I purchased and the return process is too cumbersome. It may deter me from ordering again because if I’m not absolutely positive that what I’m ordering will work, the return process is not worth the risk.

Nothing wrong with the clothes necessarily but ive bought from you several times and when requesting to affiliate with you was denied. I post reviews on almost everything I buy that could drive sales.

I have been trying to return 2 of the items but without sucess. The process stops me confirming my return makung me have to start the process again. I have been stopped at the same poi t over 7 times and i have not received a reply from my email to the service centre.
