I needed to exchange a pair of pants twice and it was the easiest exchange i have even done. The pants needed to be returned because of me, not because of the pants! I love Halara pants, but the customer service is even better!! Definitely 5 star!

The quality of the item is excellent. The ordered was processed and shipped promptly.

I ordered the wrong size twice! They just gave me a credit so I could get the size I need. I was impressed.

Really love the material but sizes are a bit off - either too small or too big. The shipping timeframe is extremely long compared to most —if not all well known brand products.

Everything was excellent.

I am a huge Halara fan for pants and now mostly wear them exclusively. In the last batch the sizes were way( !) off and inconsistent.

I first want to say that HALARA clothing are so well made and the materials are always so nice. Customer service is the best. Keep it up. I will be a customer as long as HALARA is making comfortable, long wearing and beautiful clothes.

Very bad customer service support. I have send 4 emails regarding a return label items did not fit . Nobody has contacted or responded to me . I will never buy anything again from Halara !!

Love all products. Do not like how long it takes to ship the product.

The dress does not fit, and I have tried to return it and the check bot will not accept the order number. Telling me if I purchased it through an ad on Facebook then I probably will not get a refund for my order. This is a horrible way to run a company.

While it takes at least a week to arrive, all the orders I have received are good quality and I am quite satisfied.

Easy to order and have ordered before but this time the size is not right. The Medium is more of a 10-12 so I need to exchange it but can't work out how to do it.

Arrived in just a few days. Fits great! Probably order again!

Purchased my first Halara product and they feel amazing! Everyone at the gym complimented them.

The material is so super soft and wears so very well, my only complaint is HOW LONG it takes to get here. If it takes that long, I will be waiting, but wanted to be honest. I love all the pants and the skirts I have purchased!! I have to stop myself as I like everything I see! Thank you and hope you can get the orders out quicker, it would be nice :)

The waist is small compared to the rest of the pants. Can't go up a size to get waist not to cut you two, cause the rest of the pants would be way to baggy.

I love them. They are so comfortable and look like jeans.

They are amazing! Although I didn't realize the shirt was shear. Super soft and comfy.
