Great experiencing the Scottish highlands. Originally from New Zealand but currently living in Manchester. Good to get away from the English for a bit! Marco was a great driver and tour guide. Highly recommend him 👍

Paul S. was not only a GREAT Driver he was very informative on Scottish History. His driving ability impressed me, as I am a retired Firefighter driving Fire Engines my whole life. His knowledge on History is Fantastic. and he is also a funny guy!!!!!What a GREAT 3days!!!!

As a tourist I noticed quite a few people in our group did not Tip, the driver. This is a Service Industry and true, you are not required to Tip, but you if your tour guide/ driver goes out of there for the tour group, do the Right Thing and show your appreciation by Tipping the Tour Guide/Driver. No, I am not a Tour Guide, I am a Retired Firefighter that is showing a little respect to people going out of their way. Just a suggestion.

A tour of a lifetime for someone who loves Harry Potter and has dreamt of the Highlands!

The Hairy Coo tours are by far one of the best tours we have taken. It was so well organized from the moment we showed up until the end. Bob was our guide and bus driver which made our experience. He was so accommodating to all the customers. Plenty of bathroom breaks which has not always been the case on other tours. Lots of recommendations and sights on the way to each stop location.

Took a tour with this company recently landing us to Glenfinnan and Glencoe all the while traveling through the Scottish Highlands. The bus was comfortable but I have to give proper props to our guide Marco who was the perfect blend of Scottish wittiness and knowledge: be it music, small tidbits of the places we were driving by, sports, history or culture he knew it all and was able to deliver his words in a very fun way making it quite enjoyable to listen to long winded history lessons. Taking nothing away from the views and the majesty of the Highlands but our guide was the true standout! Would definitely tour with them again if given the chance.

I absolutely loved my hairy-coo-tour! Mari was a wonderful tour guide and so knowledgeable. We got enough time at every stop to enjoy the sights (and cows, a personal highlight), as well as brilliant commentary from Mari about basically everything of interest we saw. The atmosphere with the other travelers was wonderful and everone was so nice. Mari also taught us a bit about Scottish history as well as some Scottish, which I really enjoyed. 10/10 will absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a brilliant day-tour and will do again when I come back!

Nous avons eu la chance de participer à ce tour avec Ross comme chauffeur et guide, et l’expérience a largement dépassé toutes nos attentes.

Avant le départ, j’étais un peu inquiet car c’était ma toute première expérience de ce type et je ne savais pas vraiment à quoi m’attendre. Finalement, dès les premiers instants, Ross a su nous mettre à l’aise grâce à son humour, sa bonne humeur communicative et son incroyable sens de l’animation. Il est non seulement très drôle et divertissant, mais aussi passionné par sa région et toujours prêt à partager anecdotes, histoire et conseils.

Le circuit était remarquablement complet. Nous avons découvert des paysages immenses, des contrées lointaines à couper le souffle et de nombreux endroits magnifiques que nous n’aurions jamais trouvés par nous-mêmes. Chaque arrêt semblait mieux que le précédent, et tout était parfaitement rythmé.

L’ambiance à bord était particulièrement conviviale. Ross a créé une atmosphère chaleureuse où tout le monde se sentait bienvenu, ce qui a rendu le voyage encore plus agréable. Le suivi, l’organisation et l’attention portée aux participants étaient également exemplaires.

Au final, nous n’avons eu d’autre choix que d’adorer cette aventure et de tomber sous le charme de ces terres extraordinaires. Un immense merci à Ross pour son professionnalisme, son humour et sa passion. Je recommande cette expérience sans la moindre hésitation.

We were fortunate enough to have Ross as both our driver and guide, and the experience exceeded every expectation we had.

Before the tour started, I was honestly a little nervous because it was my first time joining this kind of excursion and I wasn't sure what to expect. However, Ross immediately put everyone at ease with his fantastic sense of humor, infectious enthusiasm, and entertaining personality. He is not only incredibly funny and engaging, but also genuinely passionate about the places he shows you, sharing fascinating stories, history, and local insights throughout the journey.

The tour itself was exceptionally comprehensive. We explored vast and breathtaking landscapes, remote corners of Scotland, and countless incredible spots that we would never have discovered on our own. Every stop felt unique and memorable, and the itinerary was perfectly balanced from beginning to end.

The atmosphere on board was equally outstanding. Ross created a friendly and welcoming environment where everyone felt comfortable, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The level of organization, communication, and care shown throughout the trip was excellent.

In the end, it was impossible not to fall in love with these magnificent lands and enjoy every moment of the adventure. A huge thank you to Ross for his professionalism, humor, and passion. I would recommend this tour to anyone without hesitation.

Five stars for an incredible day trip! Michael was the ultimate guide—hilarious, insightful, and full of fascinating local history. The music choices were spot on and made the travel between stops so much fun. It felt less like a standard tour and more like an adventure with a knowledgeable friend. Highly recommend!

Our driver and directory Mr. Peter is very good at everything. And also he is so kind, we delayed for 25minutes at Piclochry and he never stops smile. The tour is so good experience for visiting scotland. I will advice your tour to my friends.
