I feel incredibly lucky to have won two guitars on an instant win competition.

Not without my scepticism, I contacted TGM to see if I could transfer the guitar for something of the same value which I had in my basket! Cheeky but glad I asked as the team couldn’t have been more helpful… 10 days later a new axe and pedal are here in my possession!

Highly Recommended! Genuinely a great company, I have been purchasing tickets for the last few months and was sceptical about the likelihood of winning anything. Everything is very transparent, you can see the number of tickets available and the cost of the individual tickets. I have won 3 guitars and the communication from the team is excellent.

We have been lucky. Between my wife and myself, we have won 5 guitars in the last year. We just get a few tickets each week, not hundreds. It’s totally random, so just getting a single ticket could be a winner. All our prizes have arrived very quickly, well packaged and in perfect condition.
There is always a good varied selection of guitars and equipment to choose from each week.
It gives us something to look forward to each week.

It's a no fuss simple way of winning a dream guitar, otherwise out of budget normally.

Played for a couple of months with buying tickets and eventually got a win! Email arrived with notification of the win and the guitar arrived the next day. Very happy 😃 Will keep trying for another!

Played for a while, finally won a prize and received email requesting my delivery information. Not heard anything since and there’s no obvious way to contact the company almost month on still not received anything.

This was originally an angry review as I had been waiting a long time for a prize and had received no contacts or updates. Today a member of the company has reached out to rectify the situation. He seemed very sincere, and it appears that a combination of a damage during transit from the supplier and email problems are what have caused the wait. Supplier is out of stock, so he has offered a number of options on how to proceed. Makes up for the previously negative experience.

Won a sapphire blue strat, stoked!

I can't believe it!!! I'm now the proud owner of a beautiful vintage 1965 Gibson Southern Jumbo acoustic guitar. It plays and sounds incredible. I could only dream of owning a guitar like this and i can't believe I now do. Winning this guitar is seriously a dream come true.

I won a prize on 8th May draw, got confirmation email following morning, replied to confirm address, then...nothing. Sent several chase emails, no response. Then got a response from Jacob (having submitted an enquiry form via their website) on 23rd apologizing and promising to sort it out. 6 days later, no further word, despite 2 or 3 chase emails sent to him. Very poor service this time around. Have won things previously, and they had all been sent pretty promptly. Things can go wrong sometimes of course, but the failure to reply/acknowledge is very poor indeed.
**Update 7th June** Ben has stepped in and has explained some supply issues with the prize item (Sparks Neo) and has arranged for a set to be delivered on 11th June. Also provided £10 credit.

This site is fantastic. You don’t have to spend big money, everyone has the same chance of winning. This is the 2nd guitar that I have won, a Fender Classic Series ’72 Telecaster Custom in Black, lovely guitar.

It is legit. A raffle site. I did win a guitar but they raffled it but didn’t even have it in stock! Which seems weird. They sent a lower quality guitar and site credits to make up the difference. A win is a win I suppose…
