Their website states the products are made and shipped from the USA. I have been waiting two weeks for my order that is currently at customs in FRANCE. I have repeatedly asked for a refund due to the misrepresentation on their website but have been told that I have to wait to receive my product. After looking at more reviews and posts about this company, I do not recommend it at all! BBB also states on their website that the company is not accredited. I wish I would have researched more before ordering.

Quality is so bad with expensive prices. When emailed about multiple pairs of leggings stitching coming apart the customer service is horrible and rude.

I had an amazing experience. The products, pair of hoops and a small ring, are exquisitely made. The delicate package they arrived in, together with a care and explanation paper and a lovely thank you more... they all add up to the value of this amazing jewellery. It is often so difficult to find both ethically made and beautifully designed pieces as these ones. I am so glad I bought from this site and this brand and I hope my sister will enjoy her Christmas present as much as I am!

Loved the product and was delivered in reasonable time considering covid. Packaging was done really nicely.
