The Gold Exchange 

After a simple text, my envelope arrived a couple of days later. The form was simple with just a couple of things to complete. I posted it, had an offer within a couple of days and got my money really quickly. It was so easy and I would highly recommend.

Posted my jewellery on Monday, happy with the amount I recieved. In my bank on Thursday same week. Thank you. Will sure recommend to friends.

Heard the advert on the radio, text the number, received the pack two days letter, misplaced the pack, had a couple of non invasive, prompting phone calls, sent in broken bits of jewellery, got a text next day, accepted and the money was in my account next morning, fabulous service, will definitely use again.

Filled in the online form after hearing about your site on the radio. Got an envelope the next day and sent the gold the day after. Next day the money was in my bank. Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

This is a fantastic company. I had few pieces of old broken gold chains. I got a surprising some offered me which i accepted and have recommended this company to family and friends.

I had a collection of broken gold bracelets, broken chains as well as rings that had to be cut off my fingers that I kept in a plastic bag inside my handbag in case I ever came across a shop that buys gold then the pandimic hit, so out of sight out of mind basically. Then last Thursday while in the car their advert played so I looked them up and took a big chance and nearly fell over when I got a text telling me their offer, I texted back and the money was in my account the very next day! They didn't pay much for my gold,

for about 60grams of gold, they paid £523.80

8.73 per gram. so wouldn't recommend

but they did work fast.

I was very dubious at first, but The Gold Exchange was often advertised on a radio station that I felt wouldn't continue to take their ads if they were not reputable. I also looked up the reviews on Trustpilot before going ahead. It was incredibly easy. I just put the gold items in the bag, took it the PO and sent it off. There was an issue with delivery which concerned me, but The Gold Exchange kindly rang me to tell me that all was well, and said I would get an offer sent by text later that day - which I did. I was amazed and delighted at the offer I got which was far more than I expected for a few odd earrings, broken items and other bits that I would never wear. The money was in my account the next day. Very professional service. EXCELLENT!
