3 looped ear rings
2 silver heavy chains
TOTAL GIVEN was less than expected but, was told to sort so I did.

Excellent speedy service…

Everything done & dusted in less than 48 hours. Posted my gold at 3pm on Wednesday, offer yesterday. Cash in bank today. I was a little hesitant about giving my bank details but nothing at all to be worried about.

Damaged item.

I sent in an ounce gold ingot and didn't know what to expect, they offered a very small amount of money and when I said no they offered another £100 extra they try to cheat you when it was returned they had cut a lump out making it useless and unsightly, they act fraudulently leave well alone and sell on ebay.

All our evaluations go through our in-depth valuation process to ensure that the quote we send aligns with the current gold market price. All quotes are without obligation to proceed, meaning that if you are unhappy with the gold valuation, you can reject the quote, and we will return your items following those valuation tests at our cost, which we did.

As a gold recycler, we will run various tests on the items we receive to give accurate valuations, and this means that if a quote is rejected, items will not be returned in the same visual standard as received. This is laid out as per our terms and conditions, which are included within the initial valuation request pack.

We are sorry that you feel that our service has not met your standards. We have helped many happy customers sell their unwanted gold.

Poor

Poor. Offered me a sum which I thought was way under what it should have been. The gold was returned and I tried another company the following week, which offered me £100.00 more. I am aware that the gold price fluctuates, but at least Dick Turpin wore a mask.

Excellent 5 star service

I was a bit dubious about using a company on line to sell my gold to but I have to say that I am absolutely over the moon with the excellent service from start to finish. I posted my gold one day in a prepaid envelope they supplied and my quote was texted to me the following day. I accepted a very generous offer, more than I thought it was worth and the money was in my bank 3 days later. If it hadn’t been the weekend I would have had it within 24 hours. 5 star service. Highly recommended.
