The cuisine here is exceptional, and the beverages are outstanding. Their cocktails are superb, and they also offer delightful mocktails. The live entertainment adds a fantastic touch. Highly recommended!
The service was terrible and non existent as staff are not trained
Drinks took over an hour to arrive. Even then the lassi had no masala /Dhania or jeera powder , the fresh passion fruit in jugs was watered down juice out of carton with black seeds and was not fresh.
Followed by starters over an hour and 30 mins despite being ordered the day before in advance as we were a group of 24 guests
Food was so slow it was unbelievable, we had booked some dishes suitable for Jain religion. Afterwards the waiter advices that the only dish they can offer is rice to the Jain’s. We asked in advance if the restaurant could cater for some of the Jain guests and we were told yes.
The rice was left in front of the Jain guests(4) for an hour, the rest of the group did not receive their main order
We arrived at 6:45 and left at 10:00 as the main dishes were not served
The owner threatened to call the police
We paid for our drinks and the food we had eaten only.
We went across the road to pizza parlour and had pizza !!
The Golden lounge has a good atmosphere and amazing live music and DJ. The food was outstanding and the service was good.
The staff were very friendly and service was fast. Definitely would recommend this restaurant
