Fantastic experience

I had two wonderful experiences with The Glass Guru. Owner Chris Allman must be doing something right. Just like the good ole days. You call them and they respond. They schedule an estimate and get you right in. Show up promptly even keeping you informed. Measures were quick, windows came in quick. A $10k door with a broken side lite or a cheap basement window. Both times the exact same experience. Installs were quick, timely, like they were never broke. No damage to existing trim, no mess. Amazing. Communication was excellent, payments easy. More businesses need to get back to this type of operating. Customer first type stuff not you should feel blessed we even answer our phones type business. Love it!
