Absolutely excellent customer service and products. I recently ordered a caricature and mugs as a valentine gift for my hubby. It was personalised and within a few days i got a proof copy which was just brilliant once I approved it they sent out my order super quick. It was safely packed and wrapped lovely. I wasn't sure if I would get my order on time so I rang and Karl from the Gift shop was so helpful. He assured me that it would arrive on time. I placed the order at 2pm on Friday and it arrived by 1pm on Monday. Absolutely loved the framed caricature and card really beautiful gift, top class. Thanks so much I will be buying again.

I was in a bit of a panic trying to order a personalised gift last minute, I was really keen on the 2 name Ogham plaque, I thought it was such a cool and unique gift but when I saw that delivery would take 6–7 days I thought I’d left it too late. I reached out to The Gift Shop and asked if it would be possible to receive my order any earlier. I received a lovely reply from Gina, who kindly said they'd do their best to prioritise my order - though she couldn’t guarantee anything due to the custom nature of the gift. To my surprise and delight, the gift arrived early and I’m now able to gift it to my Granny on time. I’m so grateful to Gina and the team for going above and beyond to make it happen. The item is beautiful and I can’t wait to give it to my Granny. The customer service was genuinely outstanding. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you so much!

I ordered a bouquet of chocolate sweets for a friend's retirement. The company promised delivery in two days and that is what I got. The gift was exactly as promised and arrived when promised and you can't do better than that. I will definitely use them again when sourcing an unusual present.

I ordered 2 customised mugs for my sons wedding, just a little something to remember the day.
I got a note from the couriers saying the parcel was reported as damaged.
I contacted the gift shop and spoke to Gina.
Without any questions, Gina had the mugs reprinted and sent out that very day and I
received them the next morning just in time for my sons wedding!!!
Gina not only goes the extra mile to keep her clients happy, but she genuinely cares about her clients.

Brilliant!. I have bought a few Caricatures from the Gift Shop and they have all been of excellent quality. Yesterday I ordered one for a 70th and sent 3 photos as I wasn't quite sure which one to use. Eoin was able to use and enhance the one I really wanted and Karl was most helpful on the phone when I rang to make the enquiry. It arrived the next day. What fantastic service. Thanks so much.
