my account was debited while i didn't…

my account was debited while i didn't purchase anything and didn't subscribe to any gift club or pet club.when I asked for my money i was emailed to leave a positive review if i was to get my money back. They dont sell any gift boxes. You pay then they keep stealing your money.

What an Honourable company!!!!

What an Honourable company!!!!! I inadvertently signed up with them thinking I was buying a one day subscription to a file converter, and was highly upset when I received a headsup for renewal. However, my request for cancellation was met with nothing but kindness and understanding. Someone called Jamal also contacted me and offered me a full refund of my erroneous subscription. Thanks Jamal!!!!! Hats off to a good honourable company, of which there are not many to be found out there.

I don't want to be charged anything, and the agent assured me there will be no charges so i hope that's true. Good service overall by the agent, nice woman
