Not a trustworthy company. I have been waiting for weeks for my product and they can’t offer me an update on delivery date and are being very obstructive after requesting for a refund several times.

ordered a spinal brace from these con merchants and oh yes just like most other people an order number and tracking number will be generated and then item never sent. Took me 8 weeks to get a refund through paypal

Very disappointed with service quality and ignorance of this company. No help fobbing me off to then not replying at all to jellyfish tank not in working order .Never use thus company.

Have been hounding these people as to where my order is but I have not had a response. Don’t order here

Update. After 5 weeks amazingly I have now got my money back!

As others have said product did not work can’t get refund. Keep away.

I purchased a seat cushion to help with stiff hip joints sitting for long periods at work. It was so thin and I could feel the chair through the thin padding. This was their reply to my complaint that it was not fit for purpose.
“Thank you for giving us feedback. However, in your case, we cannot accept returns. Because the product is made of quality cotton, the feeling of use will be soft and comfortable, not completely avoiding the feeling of the seat as you want”.
What has the quality of cotton got to do with not being able to return the item. RUBBISH

I’d give zero if it was an option. Absolute cowboys and charlatans.
The toys I bought - 2 x light sabers - is cheap rubbish with no safety markings and doesn’t even have screws to hold the battery cover down. No instructions and I’m not even convinced it would light up if I dared to add electricity to the thing!
Needless to say I asked for a return/refund. Queue a lengthy bouncing of (polite to be fair) emails which began with a request of a video of me using it and, at the moment, that has moved to them asking me to accept 30% to save me the effort and cost of the return … no thanks, your policy on the site clearly states I have 30 days to return your not-as-described product!
Ongoing to obtain refund but I imagine it’ll end up being a referral to action fraud and a dispute raised with my bank. If this changes though, I’ll be sure to update the review.

If I could give 0 I would. Ordered the XL plane set which may I add is not XL it is very small and looks nothing like the photo. When I opened this to look for my sons birthday the box was completed battered and held together by a small bit of tape. Upon opening this item I noticed it looked second hand as a lot of it had scuff and scratch marks all over it. When emailing this company I had no help and they would not even give me a partial refund. I paid £47 for something that does not look like the photo and has clearly been used. Terrible experience and strongly advise people to never use this company!

If I could give zero stars I would. Total scam. Ordered my 3 year old a toy for his birthday, money was taken immediately. 36 days later I have no toy and have had no contact. Please do not use this company!

Bought a "The Smartest Ring Watch" and what I was sent had no electronic components in it all and no charger came with it. I immediately requested a refund as the item was not as described. They tried to fob me off repeatedly with partial refund offers despite me explainly the situation and that they were breaking multiple UK laws. I eventually raised a dispute via PayPal and unsurprisingly received a full refund. They still haven't updated their web page product description or photos to reflect reality. Next I will be emailing UK Trading Standards so others don't get ripped off.

at the time of ordering I was at no point told my item was out of stock, I ordered the item and paid as on their website it showed as in stock. I had to chase for delivery details to then be told they had no stock and it would be arriving from abroad. I ordered on 25th April and even allowing for delays etc still don't have my item. I asked for refund and have been told no! They claim to be a UK based seller when in fact they are based out of the UK. I have had to chase continually for updates and my item is now well overdue and I'm getting excuse after excuse. They are in breach of distance selling regulations. Awful company would not recommend using them to anyone.

bought the watch ring . arrived. there is no charger as in pic. so is just a ring with numbers on it(dont know if it actually works). offered a refund. they didnt know why there was no charger. communication was good. but low score due to principle of the matter. waste of time ,money .

This company is definitely the worst I have ever dealt with.
The customer service is non existing like the company. I ordered a projector screen, I received literally a piece of cloth. I have since tried e-mailing the company for the returns address and they respond asking for me to provide proof of damage. I responded advising them I just wish to return the item for a refund and they don't provide, me with the returns address.
They are now ignoring my e-mails, I don't know how this company is still trading!

Appaling company, product does not work and they refuse to tell you how to return product on their website there is no facility to return anything if it is faulty. Do not use this company they are corrupt to the core. Typify the worst of Internet scammers.

Ordered a product which when delivered, appears not to be suitable for the UK market. Requested a return and refund. I was told they would only provide a full refund if the item was defective. Having a plug that doesn't work in the UK sounds pretty defective to me. They have not responded to my latest emails.

Cheap Chinese rubbish. Website makes it look like you’re ordering products for UK but even the instructions were in Chinese. Spent an hour assembling a product only for it not to work. Can’t find how to review on site. I’m writing off the order but warning others, avoid this site
