I booked the Georgian House Hotel. Before I arrived they text me to say they are moving me to another location. We waited 10 mins to be collected. We were dropped off at a old run down house, dirty, bathroom filty, beds were damp, we had to leave and go to another hotel, as added expense. Georgian House Hotel refuse to refund me (via Hotels.com), they said I cancelled! I didn't as I wasn't even in the hotel. They broke the contract/booking. I booked the Georgian House Hotel not another property. Hotels.com refuse to pay me back as the hotel owner says I cancelled. No morals or values.
