went in for light lunch and drink after previous visits were not good thought would give them another chance, Ordered a herbal tea and soft drink, Was told there was a long wait for food has there was a big party in. this was a Friday lunch time, the soft drink came but no tea, 10 minutes lady i stopped the waitress to ask to be told there hot water machine was broken ? Surely they have a kettle to make a hot drink? Unimpressed we left and will not be returning
