Pre ordered a figure in 2023, they took payment but I am still to receive anything

Brand new item received in perfect condition and very well packaged

I've been collecting starwars statues and busts by Gentile Giant for many years but had to purchase mostly second hand from eBay etc or if I wanted latest releases I'd have to import from the US,which as you may guess it got very expensive.
However a few years back I saw an English site for GG and couldn't believe they had so many of the new releases on pre order, of cause my bank balance has subsequently dropped like a stone but totally worth it.
Recently I wanted to purchase a new statue but it was already sold out,I inquired if the UK store would be getting anymore and they said they would let me know. Of course I didn't expect a reply as the statue was very low in number and very sort after but low and behold email to say it was back to pre order what a wonderful day!
Ordered straight away and hopefully it will arrive in the next few months fingers crossed.
With regards other statue's etc I've purchased they always arrive well packaged and in perfect condition which is a bonus these days and I would definitely recommend if you collect GG to check out the UK website they are really helpful and professional 10/10 :)

I initially missed out on two previous items so I'm so looking forward to receiving my pre-orders once they are released. The ordering and payment process is easy - it's just the waiting that's difficult.

I'd been looking for a Grand Admiral Thrawn bust for some time. As they were limited to only 3,000 pieces, they were hard to get hold of and prices from auction sites were inflationed.
Ordered from the Gentle Giant UK store once back in stock and even managed to buy at a discounted price.
The bust is very stunning. The shape and colours are amazing - an eyecatching piece. The service was also excellent with it arriving in a well packaged box.
I was only intending to get Thrawn but the other animated series busts are certainly tempting.
