Just got a Veg Truk from the Garden Shop - ordered Tuesday and it was delivered on Wed, a day later. Great service and a wonderful product. It was flat packed and the instuctions were top class and easy to follow. I'd highly recommend them.

Small order placed after lunch Monday, no update 24 hours later, contacted The Garden Shop, told them Iwanted to cancel order as it was taking too long, told order would be here today Wednesday.
Wednesday, order still not on Couriers system.
EXTREMELY SLOW DESPATCH.
Will not buy from here again.

I've been using thegatdenshop for a long time now.
But unfortunately I have to leave this review due to no return contact from the company
Firstly an item was missing from order. I did receive it the next week(no contact to say this was happening)
Secondly I bought plants. These plants arrived with blackspot, leaf mould, and had been eaten by something.
I sent photos to office email expecting to hear from someone but NO.
SO I PAID FOR DISEASED PLANTS & I'm not overly happy with having to put them into the ground. But with no contact from the company I'm stuck.

Absolutely amazing plants and very prompt delivery. Well watered so not dry at all. Overall very healthy plants and well packed. If you leave any specific instructions, they print & tape on to the item in view for the driver to see. Use this if you need to because they do use them.

The 5 plants were in a large box and boxed up v well. Compost looks rich. I got 5 outdoor plants, 2 Geraniums, a Verbena Bonariensis, an Astilbe and an Echinacea Magnus. They are a very a very good size and garden ready. It is very affordable for people on a tight budget. Kept informed of progress. Great we have these nurseries in Ireland to deliver, order online, see the pictures of the plants. They definitely match the pictures online aswell! Highly recommend this site for us Irish Byers. They have an easy to use website that's populated with plentiful stock and at very reasonable prices. My delivery was one day quicker than advertised and the plants I received are in great condition. The delivery company chosen was very professional too. Highly recommend this seller for plants you can't find in your local nursery or if you just want anything garden-related delivered to your doorstep, no frills.

Order was processed promptly and arrived in good time. However, there was a problem with the courier (maybe look for a better one?), but this was also solved to my satisfaction. But because of this, only 4 stars, I'm afraid. Otherwise it would be 5!

The order was sent out quickly and both items were as expected. There was a problem with the courier company delivery which they didn't sort for me. I contacted the garden shop and the problem was sorted immediately and my order was delivered to me.

Purchased a number of flowers but had an issue with one of the rose bushes. Sent an email advising I wasn't happy ,Craig immediately replied with an alternative as the one I previously ordered was out of stock.I received the replacement the very next day. Excellent customer service. Thanks Craig and team,will definitely purchase again.

There were some difficulties with the delivery of the order I had placed, so I contacted the shop via e-mail and got a response immediately. By phone and e-mail. Two days later I received my order.
