Really impressed. Ordered an MTG commander deck. It arrived quickly, well packaged in a Games Den box and inside the deck was neatly wrapped in light blue crepe paper, stuck in place with a Games Den sticker. There was a nice, personalised little note too from the shop owners. I bought a dinosaur deck and the note said something like "Dinos... Roarrrr!!"
Brilliant service and happy to have found another reliable games shop to use. From this, my first time shopping with them, I would highly recommend indeed!

Brilliant service, fast shipping and updated well about process. Unfortunately one of the cards I ordered wasn’t in stock upon delivery but Pete and Mel included a hand written card with an apology and refund attached! This is the definition of excellent customer service! Thanks guys, will definitely be using your company again.

Placed Web order Sunday, Processes Monday, Arrived Tuesday with the free shipping over £50. Well packaged, would use again. Lots of good reviews on other sites and Google, leaving this here as it seems under represented on Trustpilot

Ordered some board games. I used the free shipping option and was expecting that I'd have to wait a bit for them, but they arrived already the next morning. Very speedy process with good communication along the way.

Really bad experience. Bought a bunch of cards online and several days later no notice that they weren't going to be delivered or even an apology that they were taking longer usual. Really disappointing. Was hoping to play more magic and have a reliable friendly local game store in my area.
My friend also went in to buy a boardgame and the member of staff told he he hated children. Couldn't be more disappointed.
