Quick to reply and professional with their reply... and after-hours was the icing on the cake.

The customer support is amazing - always going above and beyond. Rarely run into any issues, but whenever I do they've been able to provide a quick resolution (even on weekends!)

I like the transparent fees, the flexible profile system (you can assemble the type of risk, contract number etc) for evaluation. The journaling tool is massive. It forces you to pay more attention of what you do.

the only firm which i recommend, if you want a firm that wants you to succeed . i have traded with few other firms , none is upto the mark of TFD .best inclass support and rules that keeps you disciplined for the long term success. wishing Josh and team TFD all the very best .

I don't like not having the possibility to change my access password ( perhaps it is possible, but since the chat did not work, could not confirm)

Very quick to respond to my questions. I’m loving everything about their platform and system. You can tell this is built by a company that wants the trader to succeed.

Superb Customer Support, Dan was really patient and helpful for almost an hour, literally cleared all my questions with full patience and this is coming from a trader who has literally traded and tried every other prop firm. Even Topstep isnt close enough with TFD customer service. I am buying a challenge and i havent got a payout yet with TFD but i am sure looking at thier plan its a clear stay away firm for gamblers. Only serious trader with patience can pass this challenge

Their support is second to none in the prop firm business. I had a blown eval that was automatically renewed but it wasn't reset. I needed the reset, also, but it costs extra. For context, TFD allows you to renew w/o resetting an account. Talked to support and they allowed me to reset my eval for the difference in price since I was already charged for the renewal. Easy peasy.

Ngl, their evals are not easy to pass, especially if you have developed bad habits from churning evals with other prop firms. But, their rules are the most straightforward in the game, no hidden gotchas. They just want to see you practice disiplined trading with good risk management.
