I came across The Future Kept while looking for a birthday present for my husband. The day we came back from a family trip was his birthday so needed my order to arrive quickly. I ordered Sunday afternoon paying for Royal Mail 24 hr delivery and it arrived on Tuesday, just before the postal strike. So pleased! Thank you so much to the team that made this happen. I ordered a recycled blanket which was so lovely I ordered another. There was a delay in receiving it via the courier so I contacted Dean. He tried to track the parcel which appeared to have gone missing in transit. He then sent out another which arrived the next day. Parcels are wrapped in paper with no plastic and accompanied by a hand written note. Beautiful blankets made in the UK and supplied by company that has excellent customer service.
