They are just a waste of time and money, they don't pay. Always requesting for additional fees to be able to withdraw. I regret dealing with them. Thanks to my colleague who introduced me to PAIVA,I have been paid without delays.

These guys seem to run a criminal organization. They just disappeared and there is nobody to talk to.
They notified us of. Emigration that never happened. No possibilities of seeing our account. No communication whatsoever.
What a shame to be this deceiving.

The funded trader was one of firm I experienced smooth and positive outcome their customers care are respondable in any such of things happen to their user.. they have tide spread interms of trade execution.

Scammers. Accounts were migrated from MT5 to Match Trader, and there was poor communication.

THIS IS A BIG SACM PROPFIRM. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM IT GUYS. I HAVE PURCHASED 25K CLASSIC ROYALE ACCOUNT. HAVE BEEN TRADING ON THOSE ACCOUNTS FOR MONTHS. HAVE PASSED PHASE 1 IN 2 ACCOUNTS AS WELL. NOW SUDDENLY THEIR SERVER MIGRATED. NOW AFTER MIGRATION ALL TEH PREVIOUS DATA IS NOT BEING UPDATED EG TEH DAILY MARCH. I HAVE CLEARED MY PHASE 2 AS WELL 2 DAYS BACK BUT AS DAILY MARCH IS NOT UPDATED I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED MY FUNDED ACCOUNT. THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEIR SUPPORT SYSTEM AS WELL.INFACT IF YOU SEE IN THEIR WEBSITE THE LIVE CHAT FEATURE IS BEING DISABLED AS WELL. IT WAS OUR MISTAKE GUYS TO AGAIN TRUST THESE SCAMMERS.

To be honest its been a headache, some months ago my account disappeared due to some server error in the middle of a trade, took awhile but eventually I was able to continue with a free account, ok.. but now tft changing servers again to a very unknown platform and im having issues with my account again, i havent been able to reach support for a week for my new credentials, had to scroll through trustpilot reviews to actually find where the new credentials can be found and now im still unable to log in with the provided credentials to this weird new platform, its just not working, im only getting error messages.. headache to reward hasnt been worth it so far, this should’ve stayed on MT5 platform.
* a month later, managed to take 1-2 profitable trades. Now my account seems to have disappeared completely as it doesnt even log in to the new server. Only getting error messages. Support non-existant. What a scam

After the migration of TFT, I was not able to login to my account and I am not getting any response from their support. I have mailed them several times but I also got no solution from their support.
I have not been able to login to my account. This has been happening for more than 2 weeks. When I login to MT5, no data connection is being shown.
Verification is not happening even on the Discord server and I am not getting any support from there either.

Imagine waiting for a month just to get your account password and then being ignored for more than 2 weeks? Get a funded account with this joke of a prop firm and you can find out (;

after the migration they send me an email informing me that my 2 accounts with them are breached , but in fact they are still not , and they blocked my accounts , they have wasted all my hard work trading with them for nothing , and i'm wondering how some reviewers here are writing positive reviews since TFT blocked all the accounts

TFT IS A SCAM OPERATION

BOUGHT A 200K ACCOUNT AND PASSED PHASE 1, THAN TFT LITERALLY SHUTDOWN AND I WAITED A YEAR TO GET A "RELAUNCH" ACCOUNT. GOT THE ACCOUNT AND PASSED IT. AFTER PASSING THEY GHOSTED ME. CAN'T LOGIN AND THEY CREATED AN ENDLESS LOOPHOLE SO YOU CAN'T COMMUNICATED WITH THEM. NO EMAILS, NO TICKETING SERVICE, NO AI CHAT BOT. F THESE PEOPLE.

this company is really good. I’m making the monthly payment sounds sweet, but if you really sit back in factor in the drawdown limits, the activation fees and other credentials of the accounts you’re buying top step is a complete shame, stay away, go to ftmo, they are now in the US again

I currently have no access to my dashboard and the trading platform (MT5) to place my trades. I already wrote them asking for help, but they don't answer me.

I am aware of the system migration that happened at TFT, but I never received the new password I was supposed to receive.

If I don't place a trade, my accounts will be inactivated.

Unfortunately I am having trouble with this prop firm.

Scam – Stay Away from TFT ⚠️
I had a $100K MT5 account. They forced me to migrate, and after that my account never logged into the dashboard again. Days passed, and instead of solving the issue, today I received an email claiming my account was “breached” because I supposedly lost -$5000 in one day — a complete lie.

There is absolutely no real support. If you email them, you only get a robotic reply telling you to “contact support via dashboard.” The problem is: you can’t even log in because OTP emails never arrive. On their website, there’s no proper support option at all.

TFT is unethical, shameless, and designed to trap traders. They manipulate accounts, block access, and then blame you with fake breaches.

👉 My advice: Stay far away from TFT. This is nothing but a scam disguised as a prop firm.

We gave you guys a second chance and we were ghosted, you guys don't deserve another chance after this . If you all would have kept on communicating instead of ignoring everyone, people may have stuck it out with you.
Good news though guys. FTMO is allowing U.S traders again.

What went wrong this time? We got scammed again! 😂 i hope you will never return! 2nd time got scammed by these idi*ts.. not even 1 message to the customers why they are gone, just closes everything overnight
