I am extremely disappointed with my experience with The Funded Room.

On February 27, 2026, I purchased a $5,000 Two-Step Challenge and successfully passed Phase 1 through legitimate trading.

The following morning, I received an email stating that the company had experienced a bot attack and that "ghost trading" had affected my account. Without my knowledge or consent, my purchased $5K Two-Step Challenge was removed and replaced with a $10K Instant Account (Account ID: 20273).

The problem is that this Instant Account came with a 15% consistency rule, which is completely incompatible with my trading strategy. I use a high risk-to-reward approach (often 1:10 or higher), making it impossible for me to trade the way I normally do.

After this unexpected change, I contacted support more than 10 times, asking them to replace the Instant Account with a normal 1-Step or 2-Step Challenge, which is what I originally wanted. Unfortunately, I received no response at all.

With no support and no alternative offered, I had no choice but to trade the forced account. I even generated around $200 in profit, but because of the consistency rule, I couldn't withdraw it. Eventually, the pressure created by these forced restrictions led to a daily loss limit breach, and the account was closed.

I believe this situation was caused by your internal system issue, not by anything I did wrong. More importantly, my repeated support requests were completely ignored.

I respectfully ask The Funded Room to review my case, respond publicly, and provide a fair solution, including a full refund of my original purchase if my original challenge cannot be restored.

The one hundred and fifty dollar pair rule you've imposed after the account is approved is wrong. It's even more wrong that profits aren't added even after making them. The account is being bridged by simply adding a losing trade. This is very wrong.

My experience with FundedRoom has been extremely disappointing.

When my first payout became due, my account was placed under Risk Management review. I waited for almost a month, received the same repetitive replies every time, and no one provided a clear timeline or proper explanation.

After making me wait for weeks, they suddenly deducted a large amount of my profits just before my payout, claiming that my trading was not compliant. If there was an issue with my trading, why wasn't I informed immediately? Why wait until payout day to make these deductions?

This process felt unfair and completely lacked transparency. The support team was slow, repetitive, and unhelpful throughout. My trust in this firm has been completely lost.

I would advise traders to be cautious, as payout delays, last-minute balance adjustments, and poor customer support can make the overall experience very frustrating.

Unka rules 1 min profit ka h nd wo bhi 10% tak but jab payouts ka din aya to unka email ay ki tum payout nahi le skty qki tumhari kuch trades 2min k under close hui h ..then asa koi rules phle nahi bataya gya tha nd agr 2 min k under profit hua h wo deducat Krna chaiye unhone to mera pura profit hi deduct kriya 429 dollar or muje new account diya ko ki -55$m diya...this is a fraud nd scam plz trust pilot remove it nd dont suggestion to any one fir this typ or cheap prop firm ...

The worst platform that does not even credits giveaway accounts, directly from Mayank Raj and does not responds to emails at all..

The services are so poor and no wonder why 59 percent has already given negative reviews... this prop firm shall be taken under review by govt. Because it is really swallowing money of n number of people.

My 1 acc are breach because some glitch so I requested to please recover my account. And acc are 20% profit in there.

Hidden rules, 2 times failed funded 2nd time my account even didn't drawn 3% , just put SL more than 3% but actually I closed the trade before it hit my SL. My account still 240$ loss means 2.4%.

Starting a journey with thefundedroom, everything is so smooth,safe

Till now my experience with the firm is good.
But there is some issues with the chart while I shift the chart from 5min to 3 or 1min the chart lags and every time I need to reload to view the actual chart.
